Basketball community mourns loss of longtime Hornets writer, Rick Bonnell

Longtime Charlotte Hornets beat writer Rick Bonnell has passed away at 63.

Bonnell covered the Hornets for more than 33 years at The Charlotte Observer. He was found dead in his home Tuesday.

Condolences poured in from around the NBA community in support of Bonnell's family, friends, and the entire North Carolina basketball community.
