The Clemson/Kentucky game was WILD. I'm glad they won, mostly for the ACC, but also because they had such an up and down year.
Surprised State lost; not surprised Carolina didn't show up at all in their bowl game. Charmin should be their sponsor, because it should be called the Toilet Bowl.
I'm really looking forward to the Alabama/Michigan game. This is the only time I'll ever be pulling for Alabama. I heard today that Harbaugh has hired an agent, so it looks like he'll be headed for the NFL.
    Happy New Year to you!

Christmas has passed, bowl season is in full swing, looks like acc may end up just under .500 depending on what FSU and Clemson do. Closing out the year with Bowl season.

Not related to Bowl season, but it is so sad that Eric Montross lost his battle with Cancer on Sunday. No matter who you pull for, Eric was recognized as a humanitarian and wonderful man. Gone way too soon.

I think M.J. wanted to stay but was told Pack was moving on, I'm not sure what really happened, I'm not gonna speculate on what I don't know, I wish him the best. McCall should do good, maybe get Lex in for a few games, got a QB coming in next year, maybe he gets to play some.

Yeah Max, these kids aren't amateurs anymore. They're free agents going for the best deal. I don't have a problem paying players, but this is the wild west. Between NIL and the Portal, rosters are going to change every year.
The MJ thing is strange. He decides he wants to keep his red shirt and return to State, then goes into the Portal and lands at Maryland. Makes me wonder if he really intended to return to State. Has Armstrong run out of eligibility? He came through when State needed him.
I'm happy for Maye going Pro. I wonder if he'll be as good as projected. He gave a lot to Carolina and I wish him well. Carolina really blew it with him and then giving Mack a lifetime contract. Should have shown him the door. Football is almost over. Basketball is in full swing.

Hated we let M.J get away, I dont care for Maryland but wish him well and hope he does good, seems like a pretty good kid. we lost some player mainly due to lack of playing time-wish them well also, got our QB, maybe let Lex and the QB get some reps next year, seem to be doing a decent job in the Portal Pick up process. This whole thing is getting crazy, Media hypes especially those at ESPN have been pushing this agenda and paying players, now its out of hand, basically a purchasing players from other school, NCAA really flub this one up, I dont blame players, put yourself in their shoes, if someone offers you $$$$$$ sure you will take it, most of these kids never have seen this kind of money. Well the first half of bowl season begins Saturday and the 2nd half is the week following Christmas- wall to wall football for the next 3-4 weeks.

I used to listen to the Eagles back in the day. Glad you had a good time.
The Bowl games just aren't what they used to be. Maye opted out - good for him. I can't believe Carolina gave Mack a lifetime contract. Kenan will have a lot fewer fans in the stands next season. And who will want to come and play for Mack. Very disappointed.

Went to Atlanta saw an Eagles tribute band, put on a great show
Getting ready for holidays, this Saturday bowl season starts.

Glad Carolina will be playing close to home, but I wonder who will play and who will opt out. The Transfer Portal is really active.
Did you hear what the NCAA President suggested? He wants to have another Level where schools have to pay per athlete. It could cost big schools like State and Carolina $15 million. Crazy! So much for "amateur" athletes. NIL is one thing, but this takes things to another level completely.
