Spending her winters on the ski slopes is just not enough of the outdoors for Paula Moltzan. So, she spends her summers on the water as a whitewater rafting guide, and every season in between out hiking or biking, anything to keep her off her couch.
molten just on every gate as she makes her way to the line. Green light can it be? Yes, yes. My name is paul bolton. I'm an alpine skier and I'm from Charlestown massachusetts. From where, charlo mont massachusetts. It's a tiny little town. There's only 1000 people. My fiance is Ryan Mooney. Tell me a little bit about him please. Um well he is currently my ski technician slash professional photographer. I met him in 2013 in the ski camp in Chile. He was actually like kind of in love with my best friend. So it was definitely a slow growth. Mm hmm. During the summer I worked as a white water raft guide for his family. And so I would say I see them seven days out of seven days a week. I think one of my first years I think I dumped out like three people definitely only like saved one of them. The rest were saved by another rap guy. Pretty traumatic. Mhm. Anytime I'm outside I'm just happy. I think you can get easily trapped indoors especially as a skier right? We spend a lot of our time on the hill and you just want to find time to unwind and usually that's inside. But living in western Mass, I have biking trails, hiking trails just like out my back door that I can go out and just enjoy nature and listen to a podcast and go running and that's kind of how I unwind rather than sitting on the couch looking at my phone
