  Pack started the season 13-0 against creampuffs, and now is 2-4 in conf play after losing the first 2 series...Avent setting up for yet ANOTHER year of playing catch- up to get to .500 in acc play, and hoping to squeak in to the ncaa tourney( committee said NO last year to bumbling Avent.....BOOs for boo!

  Brand new unc coach wins the acc tourney....
  Louisville and Notre Dame joined acc baseball in the past 10 years and both have already won the division(Lville 5-6 times)...
  
  Clemson fires Jack Leggett 6-7 years ago, and new coach wins the division his FIRST year...
  Avent has 25 years of absolute mediocrity and zero division and/or conference titles......ZERO!
  
  Now the ncaa has shown utter disrespect for Avent by snubbing him this year....
  However, NCSU was tied for first one month ago, and fell to 10th place in typical Avent-coached team fashion by collapsing down the stretch, getting swept at home the last series..
  Then with ANOTHER chance to SEIZE destiny and not leave it up to others to decide, an Avent team FAILS again...
  Zero and 6 in ACC Championship games....
  2 CWS appearances in 25 years... Eliot 'Dangerfield' Avent, smh
