Rookie quarterback Bryce Young is cleared of his ankle injury and is expected to start Sunday against the Minnesota Vikings, the Carolina Panthers announced Friday.
Bryce Young went through his third straight day as a full participant and does not have an injury status for Sunday's game.
Young missed the Week 3 game against the Seattle Seahawks.
Panther safety Xavier Woods will miss Sunday's game due to a hamstring injury, the team announced.
Three other Panthers players are listed as questionable. Linebacker Frankie Luvu (hip) was a limited participant Friday while running back Miles Sanders (groin) was held out of Friday's practice. Rookie wide receiver Jonathan Mingo remains in the concussion protocol, and was at practice in a red jersey.
Veteran quarterback Andy Dalton started in Week 3 against the Seahawks in Young's absence. While the Panthers lost 37-27, Dalton completed 34 of 58 pass attempts for 361 yards and two touchdowns.
Both the Panthers and Vikings enter this weekend's game with 0-3 records.
Kickoff between the Panthers and Vikings is set for 1 p.m. ET Sunday at Bank of America Stadium. The game airs on FOX 50.
