HighSchoolOT releases preseason basketball top 25s and power rankings

Ahead of the complete start of high school basketball in North Carolina, HighSchoolOT has released its preseason rankings in boys and girls basketball. Each sport has a statewide Top 25 and a set of area code power rankings. Any school that plays in the NCHSAA, NCISAA, or NCCSA is eligible.
