There are a lot of big changes expected for UN C football and the spring game is our first chance to see them. Here are three observations from Kenan Stadium. Everyone wants to know about the quarterbacks sec transfer. Max Johnson got on the field first but it was sophomore Connor Harrell that impressed the, he had three touchdowns, two of which were explosive plays. Yeah, I, I just remember got fast guys running down the field so, you know, just give him a chance to make a play as for Johnson who started at LSU and Texas A and M, he says the competition has made them both better. I got a really good friendship with him. I've enjoyed kinda coming back after a play. Hey, what you see right here, what I see and bounce ideas off each other. The competition continues to the defense a few long touchdowns, which was a problem last season and the offense moved well, but there were havoc plays, tackles for loss, sacks and this pick six from Will Hardy, everyone's explosive, everyone is just flying to the ball, everyone's free. And third with injuries, the veterans, young players stepped up there were touchdowns from freshman and red shirt freshman receivers like Jordan Ship Paul Billups and Jarius Green UN C season begins on the road, August 29th against Minnesota Luis Fernandez, Wral sports, Chapel Hill.
